God truly put breath into this wonderful man. His voice was that of an angel here on earth and we all are privelaged to hear his recordings. His songs live on through his children. His songs bring many a one through troubling times - as though he’s been there himself. The constant smile and twinkle in his eye also will live on in this gentle, sweet man with the softest spoken voice. He is the man we all dream of being our father. We just can’t imagine him ever losing his temper. You were truly blessed to have him in your lives and we equally in ours. I personally will miss him. A great musician who I would listen to for ever and a day. God bless you and keep you in the palm of his hand. He has just gone a little while before all of us and will await you on the beautiful shore of heaven ..... no doubt lining up the angels to sing his latest creation !!!!

I would like to pay tribute to Christie on his second anniversary and how we miss him so much. His music is still going strong and love to the Ross family.There are people who losten to him now who never heard of him before. He was very special.My favourite track still is

I still find it hard to believe Christie has passed away. I am delighted to think back on a concert in The Glen Eagle, Killarney, where I enjoyed his performance so much, his warmth, his joy at performing in Kerry. May he sing forever among the angels

Christie is an absolute legend, such sincerity is expressed in his singing I absoloutely love playing his music - Roll back the clouds is nearly worn off my disc it puts goosebumps on my neck. Such an amazing soul. I work in a music shop and have just put in yet another order for his new album. Always remembered - the legend that is Christie Hennessy.
